I'm originally from Washington, D.C., born to U.S. and Canadian parents. We moved to Los Angeles in my "formative" pre-teen years.
I embraced all things "west coast", even attending college at University of California at San Diego. My mother did not think "art" was a sound career choice so, I graduated with a BA in Psychology, although I took more art classes than Psych.

My love of art won out and I went to CCAD in Columbus, Ohio after moving there with my husband. I worked in a B2B ad agency, started my own design firm, freelanced for a few others, and ended up full-time for almost 20 years at a major pharma agency that was at the forefront of global pharmaceutical advertising.

After countless campaigns and branding development projects,
a multitude of photo and video shoots, thousands of frequent flier miles, a slew of annual trade shows, internal and external events, digital and social media strategies and executions, I decided to take
a sabbatical.

I traveled for a month straight, have started a regular yoga routine, in training for a few running races, volunteering, and hope to find my purpose in life.

I realized that I still love creating ideas and things, whether it be creative direction, design, photography, branding, or strategic brainstorming.
